With deep roots in Italy and Argentina, Paletta is inspired by Thomas’ maternal surname, which also translates to "small shovel." As he was building the foundation for Paletta Consulting, Thomas wanted the company's DNA to be rooted in family values and giving back as he spent his youth volunteering. With over two years of experience in sales, leadership, and training, Thomas was driven to create more opportunities for motivated, entry-level individuals in the Chicago area. In May 2024, he founded Paletta Consulting with the goal of fostering a supportive environment for young professionals to grow and succeed.

Thomas leads with a "big brother" mentality, ensuring every team member knows they have not only a leader but someone who genuinely cares about their mental, financial, and work well-being. For Thomas, it’s not just about business success — it's about building lasting relationships and offering a space where individuals can thrive both personally and professionally.
